The Technology behind it

Our proprietary TrueEco nano-ceramic resin technology demonstrates an impressive performance, rivaling other technologies while maintaining a green, eco-friendly approach.

This solution is applied to zinc-plated or alloy-plated fasteners immediately after plating. Unlike the original method, the TrueEco process does not require high-temperature curing (150°C to 180°C) or the use of hexavalent, trivalent chromate or phosphoric conversion treatments, thereby eliminating heavy metal pollution.
