This solution is applied to zinc-plated or alloy-plated fasteners immediately after plating. Unlike the original method, the TrueEco process does not require high-temperature curing (150°C to 180°C) or the use of hexavalent, trivalent chromate or

phosphoric conversion treatments, thereby eliminating heavy metal pollution. It significantly reduces power consumption to reach cost and carbon reduction.

Nonetheless, there is no compromise in performance: the TrueEco technology products provide higher rust prevention, scratch prevention and waterproof effects.
